| Cancellation Policy |
| |
All cancellations must be made in writing and must be received by 31st July 2011. |
| |
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 31st July 2011. |
| |
Refunds of 70% of the paid fees are subject to analysis of the RQ14 and would be made only after |
| |
the end of the Meeting. |
